Frequently asked questions

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and pay on delivery (cash on delivery) — where you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card and online payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Choose “pay on delivery” at checkout and pay the courier in cash for the full amount when your parcel is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hello@ecoyard-works.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can use your 14-day right to return it — see our Returns & Refunds page.

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 2–4 days in mainland Spain and 4–9 days elsewhere in the EU. Full estimates are on our Shipping Policy page.

We deliver within Spain and across the European Union. If your country is available, you'll be able to select it at checkout.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process and the model cancellation form.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer to an account you provide.

Yes — every tool we sell comes with a 2-year guarantee, in addition to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. If something is faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.
