These terms govern every sale made through ecoyard-works.com, operated by FLOFUM, S.L. (“EcoYard Works”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them in full. They follow EU consumer law and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

Our products
We sell tools and equipment for the home, garden, kitchen and DIY. We describe and picture each product as accurately as we can, though small variations in colour or finish can occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or withdraw any item at any time.
Placing an order
Add items to your basket and complete checkout. Once your order is placed we send an order confirmation by email; that confirmation is our acceptance of your order and the point at which the contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, a clear pricing error or lack of stock, and will refund any amount already paid.
Prices
Prices are shown in the local currency of the delivery country and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free, so no shipping charge is added at checkout. We take care to price correctly; if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit card, PayPal and pay on delivery (cash on delivery), where you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Card and online payments are processed securely by our providers. Prepaid orders are dispatched once payment is received; cash-on-delivery orders are dispatched once the order is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery zones and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption.
Your right to cancel
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Full details and the process are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Legal guarantee
Our products carry the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU and Spanish law. If an item is faulty or does not match its description, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, within the periods the law sets.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for use of a product contrary to its instructions or intended purpose.

Website content is protected as set out in our Legal Notice, and your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. You may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and any dispute may be brought before the competent courts of your place of residence.
