We want you to be happy with what you buy from EcoYard Works. This policy explains how to return an item and how refunds work. It reflects your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Spanish consumer law.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As a consumer in the EU you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day the last item reaches you.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@ecoyard-works.com with your order number and the items you want to return, within the 14-day window.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Condition of returned goods

Please return items unused and complete, in their original packaging where possible. You are only responsible for any loss in value that results from handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature and how they work.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, you cover the direct cost of sending it back. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost on their way to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. Where you paid by cash on delivery and there is no card payment to reverse, we refund by bank transfer to an account you give us. We may hold the refund until the goods reach us or you show proof of return, whichever comes first.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund — including return postage — at no cost to you, in line with the legal guarantee of conformity.

Exceptions

The right to cancel may not apply to certain goods, such as items made or personalised to your specification, or sealed goods that are not suitable to return for hygiene reasons once opened.
